the Tie in facts are
1. Henry and Elizabeth (and only feasible couple of those names in Britain)
2. Family born in Gibraltar indicating service overseas
3. Sounds like them for sure

1891 same family even if parents birth is different to 1881

Finding Henry service in RA
per letter to FTM magazine discharges before 1882 are probably not a complete record - need to look in muster books. Artillery are WO10 and WO69. WO54 and WO69 contain a description of soldiers. Law's Guide shows RA batteries. Canada has first regular units in 1871 so presumably Henry was off to Gibraltar around then.

So I am thinking an overseas marriage
