Hello Ron & Christine,

I don't have a web page, but will send you a brief history of Tilson Marsh's family along with a few photos.

Tilson married Augusta Louisa Stratton (1874-1948) in 1897 in Wilton ,Wilshire. They had three children Edith Minnie(1898-circa 1920) she died of appendicitis. Walter John Marsh (1901 - 1962)he married Phyllis Freemantle (1905-1998) they had no children. Kenneth Charles my father (1910-1990) he married Sarah Flynn (1911-1982) two children - myself Joanna Christine(1940) Amanda (1949)

I was born in Chandler's Ford, Hampshire. Our family emigrated to Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1956. My sister Mandy still lives there. Mandy has one daughter Susan (1969) and one son David (1978) married Lydsey (2000). I am married to Roger Blacklock(1925) we have four children. Nancy(1960), Judy (1963) Lisa(1970 and Mark (1976) Nancy (Brandon) divorced from Michael Brandon has one son Kyle(1991). Mark married to Sharon (Arn) has one son Ethan(2002). My daughters all live here in Kelowna BC, my son lives in Campbell River BC on Vancouver Island. He is stationed there with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Mandy and I were in England last year. We connected with Hilary Topp a Marsh descendent she lives in Salisbury,Wiltshire.

I have other old Marsh photos - will sort them out! There seem to have been several Marsh families in Dorset most of them dairymen, agricultural labourers or shoemakers.
