LDS Film No. 1042321; No. 143;
Jan. 10, 1847;
John FOX & Fanny Catherine LANKSHEAR
both of full age; bachelor/spinster
John occ: undertaker; address: 50 Mount St.; father: John FOX, undertaker
Fanny  address: 2 Montague St;  father: Edward LANKSHEAR, coachman.
Married by Banns by T. Beames, Curate.

the GRO Indexes for this marriage.  It was listed twice Mar Qtr. 1847:
LANKSEAR, Fanny Catherine    St. James    I    90.
LANKSHEAR, Fanny Catherine  St. James   I    90.
FOX, John                                   St. James    I    90.

the IGI fiche and I think I've found Fanny's christening:
LANKSHIRE, Frances Katherine dau. of Edward LANKSHIRE and Elizabeth; 08 Feb.
1820; Chelsea, Saint Luke.  Batch No. C067053.
That would have made her 27 when she got married so maybe it's not her.
1819 Frances (Fanny)  LANKSHIRE birth daug of Edward and Elizabeth

1841 Frances  LANKSHEAR age 20 a servant in Marylebone

1851 John FOX and Fanny (nee  LANKSHEAR) with Elizabeth Eyles

Checked out the Births just in case they had to get married :)
This entry was kind of interesting but not likely because of the place.
1st Qtr. 1847:
FOX, Fanny    I of Thanet    V    517.
Many Fanny FOX on FreeBMD
Isle of Thanet is not that far from London but yes sounds unlikely
Sep 1847 a Fanny born in St Geo Hanover Sq sounds more likely as right in
the marriage zone
