People named in the will 

my two nephews John Clare of the Township of Curbridge in the parish of Witney aforesaid yeoman 
and John Clare of the hamlet of Lew in the parish of Hampton in the said County Baker

my Father Robert Lankshear late of Caswell Farm in Curbridge aforesaid yeoman deceased
my late Mother Susannah Lankshear deceased refer 1836 - Will of Susanna Lankshear of Witney

my late daughter Ann Lankshear Spinster deceased Note: she had left her mother some interest so must have died as an adult

my five grandchildren (sons and daughters of my son William Lankshear deceased) namely 
Mary Ann Lankshear 
Elizabeth Lankshear 
Robert Lankshear 
Susanna Lankshear and
Charlotte Lankshear (the last named Charlotte being born since her Fathers death) 
until the youngest of them shall attain twenty one years of age

Conclusion: In 1845 all under 21 anyhow as Ann married in 1808 her son would hardly have older children. But why oh why did she not mention his wife 

my sister Elizabeth Bolton of Bibury widow 
Conclusion: I suppose we can conclude that Ann's other sisters were deceased
