1833 Thomas Lankshear marriage to Jane Sophia Barrow CLERKENWELL ST JOHN

Alas 1841 does not give much info like later census

Oringally when this 1841 was found I thought Frances was 1819 Frances (Fanny)  LANKSHIRE birth daug of Edward and Elizabeth was born 1819 but baptised 1820 which may be the piece of paper from which she knew her birth. But Fanny is clearly 1841 Frances  LANKSHEAR age 20 a servant in Marylebone

So who is the Frances with Thomas and Jane - at first I  supposed a sister of Thomas

BUT nothing else is known about her

6/2008 Judy Lester found Thomas, s. of John & Margaret Lankshear St George BloomsburyBAPTISM 17 Nov 1811 born 27 Oct 1811 see1809-1824 Family John Lankshear and  Margaret Pearson

But as Judy said Couldn't find Frances, at St George Bloomsbury or at St George the Martyr,
Holborn. Didn't have time to search St Giles in the Fields today, sorry."

Frances does not show up anywhere else - no baptism - well no IGI - and if she was born c1816 you'd expect her to be at Horsley downs

no other census - and on 1841 Census John Lankshear and Margaret with Jane Mary - Thomas's known youngest sister is with their parents so why would a younger girl be with the young married couple.

I think I am deciding the "do" for surname is a mistake and she is a servant they also have a servant in 1851 T Lankshear esq Hornsey Road Holloway
