We need later information on Ann Note the OPR for 1798 marriage has BRAN and BRANN and then we have BRAND in 1830 As no baptisms for Bran - our Ann must have been a BRAND William senior dies c1828 and Ann remarries in 1830 OPR South Leith 1830 William Johnstone weaver in Leith and Anne Brand residing in Leith relict of William Eagle watchmaker of Norfolk. After proclaiming of banns were married 1st November 1830 by the Rev James Robertson, minister Leith. |

| Peter Eagle Birth: 1813 Piershill - 8 June 1893. | Peter - as a seaman married Mary Graham in 1833 in 1842 by then a cloth cap maker he tried to bigamously marry Maria Petrie, her mother stopped the wedding. On the 9 August 1844 he married Elizabeth Cuthbert daughter of the late James Cuthbert, coachman, from Lasswade. Later he became a bird dealer. He died a pauper in St Cuthbert's Poorhouse 8 June 1893. |
