Born in Pugwash,
he was a son of the late Alexander and Carrie (MURPHY) LANGILLE.
He played baseball for the Hantsport Shamrocks and the Pugwash Millionaires.
He was a taxi operator for many years.
He was a member of Royal Canadian
Army, Royal Canadian Engineers,
during the Second World War.
He was a member of Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 109, Lucknow,
and Poyntz Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, the former Dorothy Reid SPENCE;
daughter, Wendy-Lu (Mrs. Lorne BROTHERS), Saint John, N.B.;
son, Daryl, Grand Pre;
five grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother, Ramsey.
Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Lohnes Funeral Home, Windsor,
where a legion service will be 7 p.m. today.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Hantsports
Rev. E.E. Hill officiating.
Burial will be in Riverbank Cemetery, Hantsport.
