Hilda Grace Murphy (nee Langille)

MURPHY, Hilda Grace - 88, Joggins, died in Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre on Thursday, June 30, 2005. Born in Amherst, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Mary Langille. She is survived by her sons, Robert and Jack, both of Joggins; daughter, Mary (Leo) Burke, Toronto; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, great great- grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Basil; daughter, Margaret Forshner; brother, Robert; sisters, Lolita MacDonald, Jessie O'Hearn, Lillian Gould, Connie McLeod and Effie Arseneau. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, July 3, with funeral service at 2 p.m. Monday, July 4, both in MacDiarmid's River Hebert & Joggins Community Funeral Home (251-2877), with Rev. Clarence Clarke officiating. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or charity of choice.
