HUPMAN, Dorothy Ellen - 87, Allendale,
died June 12, 1999, at the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII.
Born in Halifax,
she was a daughter of the late William and Charlotte (Vincent) Langille.
She was a member of First Ragged Island United Baptist Church,
where she taught Sunday School for 60 years.
She was also a member of the Women's Institute in Sable River;
the Women's Missionary Society and the Shelburne Sirens Women's Hooking Group.
Surviving are daughter, Janet (Mrs. Daryl Lyon), Rockland;
brother, William Langille, Lockeport;
sisters, Marian Hupman, Surf Lodge, Lockeport;
Ruby Townsend, Osborne;
Ruth Blades, Lockeport;
granddaughters, Sharmin and Tim, Vancouver;
Sue and Paul, Halifax;
She was predeceased by her husband, Lee; son, Sidney;
sisters, Edith, Margenie, and Harriet in infancy.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to H.M Huskilson's Funeral Home, Lockeport.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. today at the First Ragged Island United Baptist Church, Rev. Phil Scott officiating.
Burial at Rockland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Ragged Island United Baptist Church.
