Ed Langille
March 19, 1929 - September 21, 2008
LANGILLE, ED: On Sunday, September 21st, 2008, Ed Langille completed his last great adventure. We feel comforted that he has been reunited with Florence, and all those that passed before him. Ed was born with an adventurous soul in Burnaby, BC, March 19, 1929. He saw the world through the eyes of a soldier and served our country with pride. He left the service in the East and migrated West to Langley to raise a family. Left to smile at the laughter he brought to the world are his daughter, Lucille (Don) Freeman and the grandchildren that kept the sparkle in his eyes, Tessa and Graedon; his son, Robert (Dawn) Langille and the many nephews and nieces who will recollect Eds love of family and friends. Prior to Eds lengthy illness, he was very active in the community and was always ready to lend a helping hand or give quiet advice when he was asked. Ed will be missed and remembered by all that knew and loved him. A grave side gathering to inter his cremated remains will be held Friday, September 26th, 2008, 2:00pm at Lakeview Cemetery, Penticton. Arrangements in care of Everden Rust Funeral Services 493-4112.
