Catherine G. (Langille) Shoemaker of Dedham,MA.
A retired dietician, died Friday at Norwood Hospital after a brief illness.
She was 83. Born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia,Canada,
Mrs.Shoemaker lived in Dedham for 42 years.
She attended schools in Nova Scotia and was a graduate of Acadia University in Nova Scotia.
Mrs. Shoemaker was a dietician for New England Baptist Hospital in Boston for 10 years,retiring in 1975.
She is survived by her husband Byron S.
a son,Byron V. of Norwood;
a daughter Sarah C.of Norwell,
and one grandaughter.
Burial was in Veterans National Cemetery, Bourne.
