MANUEL, Eileen Susan - 82, Boutilier's Point. It is with great sadness that the Manuel family announce the passing of their precious Mom, loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Surrounded by her loving, family she passed away Monday, July 14, 2008, in Dartmouth General Hospital, Dartmouth. Born in Boutiler's Point she was the daughter of the late Allister and Susan (Boutilier) Langille. Eileen worked 30 years at the Red and White Store in Boutilier's Point and her last 10 years of employment was in her home as the postmistress for the Boutilier's Point area. Eileen's passion for life was being with family and friends. Her love for music and laughter shone on her face whenever she was with them. She will be sadly missed, Mom is survived by her children, Grace (Eugene) Cooke, Sims Settlement; Hubert "Sonny" (Eileen), Hubley; Rose (Paul) Oakes, Dartmouth; Bernard "Bunny" (Cathy), Sims Settlement; Aubrey (Connie), Clayton Park; George (Devetta), Sims Settlement; Ev (Gary) Drysdale, Herring Cove; Jim (Judy), Hubbards; Carol (Rick) Young, Alberta; Charlie "Chuck" (Sandra), Boutilier's Point; Heather (Wade) MacLean, Sims Settlement; Mary Garon, Bedford; Edna (Bob) Myles, Belle Isle; Danny (Joy), Hammonds Plains; Darrin (Donna), Tantallon; 34 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Hubert, sisters, Annie, Hazel; brothers, Wesley and Harold. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Funeral service 2 p.m. Thursday in St. James Anglican Church, Boutilier's Point, Rev. Mark Marshall officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.
