Donald Malcolm Langell

Donald Malcolm Langell, 80, of Boxford, Massachusetts died October 28, 2007, at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.
Born in Malden, Massachusetts he was the son of the late Warren Douglas Langell Jr.* and Elizabeth Kilton. (*s/o Warren Douglas, Alfred S., George William, George, Leopold Frederick Langille) Mr. Langell had been a vice president of BayBank for 40 years and was a member of the Somerville Kiwanis and the Billerica Rotary Club, as well as an avid tennis player. One of his passions was his membership in the American Budgerigar Society, where he was one of the world's most prestigious exhibitor, breeder and judge. He is survived by his wife, Jean N. (Rierdan) Langell; his children, Donald M. Langell Jr. and his wife, Patricia, of Woburn, Richard Langell and his wife, Donna, of Georgetown, Robert Langell and his wife, Cherie, of Concord, and Patricia Gonnella and her husband, George, of Pepperell; 13 loving grandchildren; as well as a brother and his sisters, Douglas Langell, Patricia Langell and Barbara (Langell) Miliaris, all of Winchester. A memorial visitation will take place Thursday, November 1, 3-7 p.m. at the Merton E. Roberts Jr. & Conte Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant St., Georgetown.
