Ronald Daniel Langille, 63, Truro and formerly of River John, passed away Feb. 13, 2007 in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in River John, he was a son of the late Earl and Maude (Gratto) Langille. He is survived by his wife, Judy Langille (Byers); daughter, Jan Langille, New Glasgow; son, Paul Langille (Jackie Cullen), Calgary; sisters, Rosalie “Poud” (Dick) Reid, Lower Sackville, Laura “Peany” (Lloyd) Chapman, Carbon, Alta, Linda (Curtis) Mertin, River John, Ann Pearle, Riverton, Susie Langille (Robert Regan), Miramichi, N.B.; brother, Roger (Cindy), Bible Hill; grandchildren, Kate and Will. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro. Funeral service on Friday at 2 p.m. in Salem United Church, River John with Rev. Norman Marple and Rev. Donald Sutherland officiating. Interment in Hamilton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Victoria Order of Nurses, Colchester County Chapter or the Palliative Care Unit of the Colchester Regional Hospital.
