MacLENNAN, Christena Marie (Tena) - Shiretown Nursing Home, Pictou, formerly of Rogers Hill,
died February 5, 1998, in the home.
Born in River John,
she was a daughter of the late John and Olivia (Langille) Baillie.
She was a former school teacher, teaching in Three Brooks, and for many years in Plymouth
, from where she retired.
She was a member of Scotsburn United Church and UCW.
Surviving are daughters, Rose Marie MacLeannan, Ottawa, Ont.;
Keith, Halifax,
grandchildren, Boneta (Mrs. Gary Ewer), Kevin MacDonald, Halifax,
step-granddaughter, Erin Rutley, Trenton, Ont
.She was predeceased by her husband, Ira,
daughter, Shirley Ann MacDonald;
brothers, John Willie, Alexander (Sandy);
sister Thelma.
Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Sunday in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday in Scotsburn United Church, Rev. James Leland officiating.
Burial in Gladstone Cemetery, Four Mile Brook.
Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
