MacDONALD, B. David - 62, Brule, passed away peacefully
Friday, May 4, 2001, at home with family.
Born in Waldegrave,
he was a son of the late Woodrow and Jean (Tatterie) MacDonald.
He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He began delivering milk from the family dairy at age 15 and in 1969
went with Scotsburn Dairy where he remained for 29 years, retiring in 1998.
He enjoyed his family, the family, pets, farming and people.
He was a member and elder of Sedgwick Memorial Presbyterian Church, Tatamagouche.
He was a member of Brule Tug-of-war Provincial Champions team in the 1960's.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, the former Vila Langille;
daughters, Lynn (Scott) Campbell, Middleton, Colchester Co.;
Kim (Barrie) Ferguson, Bay Head;
son, Scott, at home;
grandsons, Caelan and Morgan;
aunt, Ruth and husband Ken Langille, Tatamagouche.
He was predeceased by infant sister, Catherine.
The remains are resting in MacLeod's Funeral Home, River John
with visitation 7-9 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Sedgwick Memorial Presbyterian Church,
Tatamagouche, Rev. Glenn Matheson officiating.
Burial in Forest Hill Cemetery, Denmark
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
