LANGILLE, Catherine Elizabeth - 108, Maritime Oddfellows Home, Pictou,
formerly of River John, died Friday, November 9, 2001, in the home.
Born in River John,
she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Phyllis Langille) Langille.
She was a member of St. George's Presbyterian Church, River John
and the Ladies Auxiliary.
She was the last surviving member of a family of nine.
Surviving are daughters, Jennie MacKay, Earltown;
Muriel Robar, Kingston, Ont.;
sons, Elroy, Toronto;
Ronald,Washago Beach, Ont.;
daughter-in-law, Betty Langille, Hopewell;
16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by daughter, Catherine; sons, Eben, Jim.
Cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m today in St.George's Presbyterian Church,
Rev. Jeanette Fleischer officiating, assisted by Rev. Donald Sutherland.
Burial in Mountain Road Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. George's PresbyterianChurch
or Maritime Oddfellows Home.
