BATTIST, Lois Ethel - 81, Sundridge, Pictou Co.,
passed away peacefully November 7, 2001, at home.
Born in Welsford,
she was a daughter of the late Robin and Ethel (Weir) Langille.
Lois was the beloved wife of Henry for 57 years.
She was the very caring, devoted and loving mother of
Ronald (Laverne), Linda (Doug) Eddy, Manton (Anita) and Robin (Roy) McIntyre,
all living in Pictou County.
She will be dearly remembered by her grandchildren,
Wade (Lesley) Battist, Lynn Battist,
Michael (Kerri) Casey, Michelle Casey,
Cheryl (Richard) Heighton, Cory Battist,
Jannah, and Shaelyn McIntyre;
great-grandchildren, Ronnie, Emily, Kiana, Kira, Gregory, Reilly and Keely.
She is also survived by her sister, Mary Steele, Pictou;
brothers, Dwight (Mary) Langille, River John;
Lorence (Evelyn) Langille, Ontario.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brother, Manton Langille.
No visitation by request.
A private family funeral will be held in McLaren Funeral Home Chapel, Pictou,
Rev. Foster Jenkins officiating.
Burial will be in Caribou River Upper Cemetery.
Donations in her memory may be made to the
Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
