GAY, F. Evelyn - 90, Dartmouth, died June 26, 2001, in Northwood Manor, Halifax.
Born in Halifax,
she was a daughter of the late Harold Roy and Catherine Maude (Myers) Gay.(I think this is a typo-kf)
Evelyn was a former member of the Senior Citizens Club in Dartmouth.
She was involved in the Senior Citizens Chorus and also The Dancing Dolls,
which showed she had a love for music and dancing.
Survived by daughter, Sally Ann Armstrong, Bridgewater;
son, Harold L, Halifax;
brother, Rex Langille, Halifax;
seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald C.;
sister, Norma Langille; brother, Harold Langille.
Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today,
funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 29,
both in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St., Dartmouth,
Rev. Cathy Lee Cunningham officiating
Burial to follow in Mount Hermon Cemetery.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
