LANGILLE, Alvin Hubert - 81, West Liscomb, Guysborough Co.,
passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2000,
in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital, Sheet Harbour.
Born in West Liscomb,
he was a son of the late George and Margaret (Morris) Langille, (West Liscomb).
He is survived by his brother, Gordon Langille Sr. (Geneva), West Liscomb
and sisters, Hilda (Mrs. Andrew Fitzgerald), West Liscomb and
Verna (Mrs. Merle Horton), Halifax;
several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by sister, Rita.
He worked in the lumber industry in many different areas and
retired from Liscomb Lodge after 25 years of service.
Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Ecum Secum Funeral Home, Ecum Secum.
Funeral Saturday 2:30 p.m. in Ecum Secum Funeral Home.
Burial to follow in St. Matthews Cemetery, Marie Joseph, Rev. Allen Frye officiating.
Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ecum Secum Funeral Homes Ltd.
