MacKENZIE, Barry Osborne - 48, Victoria, B.C., formerly of Pictou,
died September 16, 2000, in Victoria.
Born in Pictou,
he was a son of George Kipling and Kathleen Bernice (Langille) MacKenzie, Pictou.
Barry lived his early life in Pictou before moving west 20 years ago,
where he worked as a truck driver and painter.
He is survived by sons, Allan, Pictou; Cody, Alberta;
brothers, Gary (Agnes), Pictou;
Michael (Gail), Trenton;
Rick (Marjorie), New Glasgow;
Scott (Suzanne), Pictou;
sisters, Donna (Wayne) Langille and Mary Ann (Harvey) Duff, both of Pictou;
numerous nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by sister, Heather; grandmother and grandfather, MacKenzie;
grandmother and grandfather, Langille.
Visitation will be 3-5, 7-9 p.m., today, in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou,
from where funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. Mary-Beth Moriarity officiating.
Burial will be in Gladstone Cemetery, Four Mile Brook.
