HEIGHTON, Charlotte Priscilla - 89, Cape John, passed away peacefully October 31, 2000,
in Willow Lodge, Home for Special Care, Tatamagouche, Colchester Co.
Born in Welsford,
she was a daughter of the late Charles and Phebe (Langille) Langille.
She was a member of St. John's Anglican Church, River John.
She was a devoted mother and wife and will be sadly missed by family and friends.
She is survived by sons, Earl (Gladys), Charles (Ruth), both of Cape John;
Ernest (Doris), Barren Road;
daughters, Irene (Mrs. Edgar Grant), Caribou River;
Doris (Mrs. Ken MacMillan), Pictou;
13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren;
sister, Jean Heighton, River John;
sister-in-law, Edna Sutherland, Willow Lodge.
She was predeceased by her husband, Percy;
son-in-law, Lyle MacCarthy;
two grandchildren;
sisters, Kate MacKay, Ella Bigney, Hazel MacGregor.
Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in MacLeod's Funeral Home, River John.
Funeral service 2 p.m. Thursday in St. John's Anglican Church, River John, Rev. Bruce Ward officiating.
Burial in Hamilton Cemetery.
