LANGILLE, Raymond David - 51, Pugwash Junction, Cumberland Co.,
passed away June 13, 2000, in North Cumberland Memorial Hospital, Pugwash.
Born in Wallace Bridge,
he was a son of Violet (Vincent) Langille, Pugwash Junction and the late Bedford Langille.
He was employed by Wetlands Engineering & Construction for the past 10 years.
He was previously employed in Redcliff, Alta.
as a Natural Gas and Oil Maintenance Construction and
Operator for 20 years.
He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 60, Pugwash since 1989
and at one time was
an active member of the Pugwash Volunteer Fire Department.
He enjoyed outdoor activities,
especially hunting in the fall.
He is survived by his wife, the former Virginia Allen;
sons, David and wife A.D., Pugwash Junction;
Aaron and wife Tanya, Port Howe;
daughter, Wanda and husband Craig Stevens, Pugwash Junction;
grandchildren, Jaye Brown-Langille, Leslie Lynn Langille, Justin Aaron Charles Langille;
sisters, Carol Smith and husband Lloyd, Alberta;
Betty Dobson and husband Donnie, Oxford;
Marilyn Reeves-Chatfield and husband Eddie, Pugwash Junction;
Joycelyn Yarrow and husband Andy, Pugwash Junction;
brothers, Alfred and wife Eunice, Red Cliff, Alta.;
Charles and wife Charlene, Pugwash Junction;
Wilbert and wife Linda, Red Cliff, Alta.;
many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Alicia Jane;
a sister in infancy.
Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral service 2 p.m. Friday,
both in Mundle's Funeral Home,
Pugwash, Rev. Janet Travers officiating.
Interment will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Wallace River.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
