Demas Langille

MAHONE BAY, April 27 -- The death of Demas Langille, 69,
occurred at his home in Blockhouse on Sunday morning, April 24.
Mr. Langille was born at Maitland.
He is survived by his widow and seven children:
Elsie, Mrs. Mader, and Amy, Mrs. Lamb in Massachusetts;
Winnie, Mrs. Ernst and Ivy, Mrs. Naas at Lunenburg;
and Harris, Selwyn and Morris at Blockhouse;
also three children by a former marriage
Benjamin, in Winchester, Mass.,
Laura, Mrs. James Ernst in Maitland,
and Eldora, Mrs. Amos Kaulback, Crousetown.
There also survive one brother, Anthony of Bangor, Maine,
and four sisters, Sarah, Mrs. Isaac Kaulback, Maitland;
Emma, Mrs. Allan Vinotte, Pine Grove;
Louisa, Mrs. Alfred Boutilier, Halifax,
and Adelaide, Mrs. George DeMone, Blockhouse.
About twelve years ago he moved to Blockhouse
where he purchased the branch business of Messrs. J. Ernst & Son.
