JAMIESON, Leonard Noble - 70, Wallace, Cumberland Co.,
passed away peacefully at home on
May 5, 2000.
Born in Wallace,
he was a son of the late Noble and Mabel (Cheetham) Jamieson.
He was a self-employed boat builder and oyster farmer.
He was an avid fiddle player and antique dealer.
He is survived by his wife, Jean (Langille) Jamieson;
son, Don (Kelley) Jamieson, Berwick;
grandchildren, Ryan and Jennifer Jamieson;
brothers, David (Joy) Jamieson, St. Catherine's, Ont.;
Ronald (Etta) Jamieson, Truro;
Francis (Carol) Jamieson, West Bay Rd;
sisters, Betty Carter, Musquodoboit Harbor;
Joan (Wayne) Almira, NY;
brother-in-law, Ronald (Eleanor) Langille, Wallace Ridge;
several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by nephews, Ronald Carter and Andrew Langille.
Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Sunday, funeral service 2 p.m. Monday,
both in Mundle's Funeral Home, Pugwash, Rev. Joseph Wynne officiating.
Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Wallace River.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Andrew Langille Memorial Scholarship Fund,
or a charity of choice.
