HAYMAN, Ellen Katherine - 92, Waugh's River, Colchester Co.,
died March 7, 2000, in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche.
Born in Brule, Colchester Co.,
she was a daughter of the late George and Jessie (Langille) Fraser.
She attended the Provincial Normal College in Truro and
taught in one room school houses in Lower Greenville, Byers School in West New Annan,
Denmark, East New Annan, Balmoral Mills, Nuttby and Balfron.
She was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, The Falls,
a member of the Women's Guild and the Women's Institute.
Surviving are son, Victor, Balfron;
daughters, Doreen Langille, Oliver;
Marie Weatherbie (Lawrence), Hamilton, Ont.;
Beth Latinski (Mike), Waugh's River;
grandchildren, Dale Hayman and Darlene Semple, Balfron;
Terry Langille and Bonnie Church (Harold), Oliver;
Tim Weatherbie and Lori Kay (Gene), Hamilton, Ont.;
Michael Latinski, West New Annan;
Brad Latinski (Carole), East Earltown;
10 great-grandchildren;
sisters, Annie Vincent and Edna MacLeod (Malcolm), both of Tatamagouche;
Kay Cunningham, Moncton;
Lillian Sutherland (Don), Truro;
brother, Hughie (Alline), Tatamagouche;
William (Jean), Brule;
David, Hamilton, Ont.;
sister-in-law, Joyce (MacLellan) Fraser, New Glasgow;
several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Noble;
brothers, George and Henry;
sister, Janie Donaldson;
sisters-in-law, Jessie (Sutherland) Fraser; Dorothy (Langille) Fraser, Dorothy (Weatherbie)Fraser;
brothers-in-law, Orrin Vincent, Hector Cunningham and Will Donaldson;
son-in-law, Andrew Langille.
Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, in Coulters Funeral Home, Tatamagouche.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, in St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, The Falls,
Rev. Martyn Van Essen officiating.
Interment will be in Falls Cemetery.
Family flowers only by request.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church,
North Shore Health Services Foundation or any charity.
