PLAINFIELD -- John Burton Langille, 16, of Plainfield, Pictou County,
died Tuesday, January 5, at home.
Born in New Glasgow,
he was a son of Brian and Karen{Henderson} Langille, Plainfield.
He was a student at West Pictou District High School,Lyons Brook,
and active in hockey and boxing.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by a brother, Paul, at home;
a sister, Candy, Durham;
maternal grandparents, Fred and Jean Henderson, Toney River;
paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Mary Langille, New Glasgow;
a nephew.
His remains are resting in the home of his parents in Plainfield,
with visiting from 2-4 and 7 - 9 pm.today.
The funeral service will be held 2:30pm.Thursday in West Branch United Church.
Interment will be in West Branch Cemetery.
Donations may be made to Izaak Walton Killam Children`s Hospital, Halifax.
Arrangements are under the direction of McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou.
