JOLLIMORE, Burton Smith - 82, River John, died peacefully at home,
Tuesday, November 16, 1999, surrounded by his family.
Born in River John,
he was a son of the late Alonzo and Nellie (Langille) Jollimore.
He served in the Army and worked in construction.
Surviving are his wife, the former Edith Hiltz;
sons, Gerald (Margaret), Terry, Douglas (Doris), Ricky (Laurie), all of River John;
daughters, Barb (Jack) Holt, West Branch;
Sharon (Ronnie) Heighton; Nellie (John) Rafuse, both of River John;
Debbie (Larry) Tattrie, Tatamagouche;
15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren;
brother, Vinnie (Joyce), Toronto.
He was predeceased by sisters, Grace and Peggy;
brothers, Seaforth, Harry, Charlie;
infant daughter, Grace Marie;
granddaughter, Donna Jeanette Holt; great-grandson, Randy Holt.
Cremation has taken place.
An extended family service will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. from his late residence,
Rev. Bruce Ward officiating.
Burial in Cape John Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Shore Health
Services, Tatamagouche.
Arrangements entrusted to MacLeod's Funeral home,River John.
