formerly of Springhill, died May 8, 1998 in All Saints Hospital, Springhill.
Born in Springhill,
she was a daughter of the late Allison and Catherine (Matheson) Langille.
She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed her family life and friends.
Surviving are her former husband, Frederick William Carde, Springhill,
sons, Gary, Frederick, Collingwood;
Douglas, Ballinafad, Ont.;
James, Mississauga, Ont.;
David, Newmarket, Ont.;
daughter, Catherine Colwill, Mississauga;
brothers, Richard, Barrie, Ont.;
Douglas, Burlington, Ont.;
half-brother James Bowlsby, British Columbia;
sister, Janice Woitas, Newmarket;
half-sisters, Dianne, Catherine, British Columbia;
16 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her companion, James Oliver David Carde;
brother, James.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill.
Graveside committal service 2 p.m. Monday in Hillside Cemetery, Springhill, Rev. Frank Likely officiating.
