LANGILLE, Chester Maxwell - 84, Bible Hill,
died Sunday, January 10, 1999, in Colchester Regional
Hospital, Truro. Born in Moser River, he was a son of the late William and Lucy-Anne (Naugler)
Langille. He was a member of Valley United Church, where he served as an elder for many years.
Along with his brother, Elmer (Porky), he operated a lumber business. He was an avid outdoorsman,
who loved fishing, hunting and gardening. He especially loved his grandchildren, Angela, Michael,
Jennifer, Timothy and Amy. He is survived by his wife, the former Ella May Boutlier; daughters, Lois
(Mrs. Jack Lilly), Antigonish; Marilyn Langille, Truro; sisters, Dorothy (Mrs. George McCallum), Truro;
Lillian (Teddy) Gray, Truro; Mildred (Mrs. E. Eros), Chilliwack, B.C.; twin sisters, Mary Forsythe and
Martha (Mrs. Charles Annand), both of Truro. He was predeceased by brothers, Robert, Douglas and
Elmer; sisters, Eugena (Jean) and Murial. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today, with funeral service 4 p.m.

MacDonald officiating. Spring burial in Crossroads Cemetery, Valley. In lieu of flowers, donations to
Valley United Church.
