Stella Maris Catholic Church was the setting on Oct. 3, 1998
for the marriage of Jennifer Dawn Hardy and Steven Everett Langille.
Father Peter MacDonald and Rev. David Eagles officiated.
Gerald Cassie was soloist and Sharron Young was organist.
The bride is the daughter of Albert and Betty Hardy of Pictou,
and the groom is the son of Everett and Sheila Langille of River John.
Given in marriage by her father,
the bride was attended by Karen Vaughn as matron of honour.
Bridesmaids were Alicia LeBlanc and Brandy Smith.
Kayla MacIsaac, niece of the bride was flower girl.
Best man was Jason Langille, brother of the groom.
Serving as ushers and groomsmen were Craig Reid, cousin of the groom,
Mark Baillie and Zachary MacIsaac, nephew of the bride.
Readings were done by Tracy Langille, cousin of the groom,
and Paula MacIsaac, sister of the bride.
A reception and dance was held at the River John Fire Hall.
The newlyweds reside in Pictou.
