Christopher Langill to Oliver Langill
Registered 5th April, 1845, 3 o'clock p.m. on the certificate of James Purves, J.P.
Know all men by these presents that I, Christopher Langill of River John,
in the County of Pictou, Miller, in consideration of the sum of
ten pounds of lawful money of Nova Scotia,
the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold, and enfeoffed unto
Oliver Langill of River John, in the County aforesaid, Yeoman, his heirs and assigns,
all that certain lot of land situate, on the south side of the Mill Brook Road described as follows.
Bounded on the north by the said road, on the west by a lot of land in possession of William Beer and on the south and east by land belonging to the said Christopher Langill, measuring thirty-one rods in front (upon the said road) and containing five acres with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold the said to him, the said Oliver Langill, his heirs and assigns forever.

I hereby certify that on this fifth day of April A.D. 1845, Daniel Dickson, one of the subscribing witness to the foregoing Deed personally appeared before me and made oath that the said Deed was duly executed in his presence by Christopher Langill, the party thereto.
