Know all men by these presents that I, Robert Patterson, the within named mortgagee for and in consideration of the full amount of principal and all interest due on, the foregoing mortgage to me paid by David Langill, the mortgagor, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised, released and discharged and by these presents do remise, release and discharge unto the said David Langill, his heirs and assigns, the said mortgage and lands and premises therein mentioned and described and all securities connected therewith.

To have and to hold the same to the said David Langill, his heirs and assigns forever which mortgage so hereby released is dated the 30th day of June 8 A.D 1873 and registered in the office of the Registry of Deeds at Pictou in book 64, pages 406, 407 and 408.
