Know all men by these presents that I, George F. Langill of River John, in the County of Pictou, Yeoman, named in the foregoing Deed hereto annexed for and in consideration of the said Deed of Release and Relinquishment of Dower by my wife, Nancy Langill, therein named and the sum of twelve pounds of lawful money of Nova Scotia to be paid to by William Langill of River John aforesaid, Esquire, the receipt whereof is therein and thereby acknowledged by her. Have concurred with the said deed and hereby do concur therein and do hereby grant, bargain, sell, release and convey all the right, title, estate, property claim and demand by myself and the said Nancy Langill, my wife, of, into and upon the lands and premises mentioned, described and released with the said deed by the said Nancy Langill or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto him the said William Langill, his heirs and assigns.
To have and to hold the same as of the said Nancy Langill, Release of Dower to and upon the said lands and premises unto him the said William Langill, his heirs and assigns forever.
