Grimshaw Family At Champlain, New York

This picture was taken circa 1900 of the Grimshaw family in Champlain, NY.  The house in the picture is across the road (Rte. 276) from the house where my mother grew up.  The adults in the picture are (from l to r): Arthur William, Mary (Odell), William Charles, Charles William, and Joseph Odell.

William Charles (b. 1849) was the son of Charles Wesley Grimshaw (b. 1825),  and Mary Odell (b.1854) was the dau. of Joseph Dewey Odell and his second wife, Mary Mussen. (My grandmother Lucinda was Mary's half sister.)  Their three children pictured are Arthur William (b. 1884), Charles William (b. 1876), and Joseph Odell (b. 1879).  I'm not sure who the child is, and I have no genealogy information on the horse or the dog.   :-)
