OBITUARY
The Late Mrs. R. Lamb
Death came suddenly on Sunday, October 19th, 1952 to Mrs. Reuben Lamb, who was born in Franklin Centre, Que., in 1864, Sarah Jane Atkinson, daughter of Thomas Akinson and his wife Sarah Martha Beckett. They emigrated to Canada in 1830. She has lived all her life in Franklin and spent her girlhood on the farm now owned by Mr. Vallin. She leaves to mourn her loss Archie, Walter, and George of Franklin Centre, and (Stella) Mrs. Charlie Gardiner, of Burlington, Vermont, eleven grand children and nine great grand children.

It is believed that Walter was enlisted in the Canadian Army. He retired before 1960 in a house rented from Cecil Barr on ~ 2400 Covey Hill Road.
Little is known about Walter, matrimony, & children. It has
been said that he was married several times.
Walter was buried in the Ames Christ Church Anglican Cemetery,
Route 202, Bridgetown, Franklin Township, Huntingdon County,
Quebec, Canada. Grave
