Lamb,
J. G. & Blair, I. J. Marriage
PARENTS
James was born at home - 2182 Covey Hill Road, Lot 48c (Allchin). James & Jennie were married at their residence (Sunny Side Farm ) at 1355 Pollica Road. Jennie's father was Henry Blair. James Lamb, was one person that had two teams of horses and two milk wagons to pick up milk for delivery to Churubusco, NY. He drove one team and his son Melvin drove the other. I have heard that he was a very good horseman and earned much income from the delilvery of goods using his horses. I do not believe that he ever drove a motorized vehicle - tractor, truck, or car.
