SPECULATION: It is only speculation that Morris Noakes & Azudah Knapp are the parents of the children shown below. Their presence was indicated to be in the approximate area at the approximate relative time by the results of a search on the Mormon IGI web site - 25 AU 2000.
I thought you might be interested in some information on Asenath Nokes' parents. Morris Nokes is the 1st child of Jacob Nokes and his mother is possibly Clement. Morris was born abt. 1768 but don't know where. All the other siblings were born in NY and then moved to Vermont in 1787. Azubah Knapp was born on 9 April 1767 in Norfolk, Litchfield County, Connecticut. She is the daughter of Abraham Knapp and Martha Comstock. Azubah and Morris married on 14 Dec. 1792 at Champlain, Clinton NY.
Hope this is helpful and if you know anything else about this family I would appreciated that information also.
