04-21-1932 Serena Grimshaw, widow of the late Daniel Frier, died at the home of her son, Herbert Frier, in Franklin Center PQ, age 84 years 07 months. Deceased was daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Grimshaw of Franklin Center PQ. She leaves surviving two son's, Walter and Herbert Frier of Franklin Center. One daughter, Lizzie, Mrs. John McAllister, of the Gore, Hinchinbrooke PQ, one brother, Chester Grimshaw of Utica New York, two sisters, Martha, Mrs. Charles Speck of Sawyerville, Bertha, Mrs. Edward Smith of Massachusetts, nine grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral service held at the United Church, by Rev. T. F. Duncan, assisted by Rev. W. R. Young. Interred in the English Cemetery.

Looking for info on John James Thompson's parents. (John was part of the Nebraska state constitutional convention)
