Competency Determined.
A jury was drawn to determine the competency of an old man named Grimshaw of Hermon, a little over ninety years of age. He has practically no personal property, but has a life use of some real property, the fair rental value of which is about four hundred dollars per year. The old man was in Court. The jury found the old man incompetent, and the First National Bank was appointed Committee of his person and property. The petitioner, a daughter, was represented by D. R. P. Parker and Geo. H. Bowers, the incompetent by Ceylon G. Chaney and Lawrence Russell was special guardian.
