04-10-1931 Mary Ann Hingston, Widow of the late Henry Frier, died at Franklin Center PQ, aged 85 years. Interred at Franklin Cemetery. The deceased was born in Powerscourt PQ, 85 years ago, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hingston. She was married to Henry Frier who predeceased her 14 years ago. She is survived by her two daughters, Mrs. George Blair of this place and Mrs. John Logan of Ormstown PQ, Mr. Stanley Frier of Carthage New York, and one sister Mrs. Wallace Person of Vermont, and three brothers, Peter Hingston of Chateauguay New York, John Hingston of Powerscourt, James Hingston of Moncton OH and six grandchildren, Lewis Blair and Clarence Blair of this place and Otis Blair of Montreal, one granddaughter, Miss Cora Blair of Franklin, Cecil Frier and Ralph Frier of Carthage New York, and to great grandson's, Kyle and Norval Blair. Interred in the family plot in Ames Cemetery.

08-21-1936 Isabella E. Reeves,( nee Mary E Cowan) wife of Stanley E. Frier, died at Carthage New York, age 46 years. In 1920 she married James Reeves, who passed away in 1934. She leaves one brother, David Cowan and family. Funeral service conducted by Rev. W. Ross, Interred in the Ormstown Cemetery.

James Ralph Frier, 74, of 23631 Route 342, died at 3:53 p.m. Monday at Samaritan Medical Center.A prayer service will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church with the Rev. Bernard Jakubco officiating. Burial will be in Sanford Corners Cemetery, Calcium.Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
