Deed to the first Lamb farm in Franklin Township. The farm was purchased from Mary Campbell, widow of John McCallum. At the time of this land transfer, the farm was in Hemmingford Township. The transaction took place on 8 AP 1852 & was registered 5 days later on the 13th of April. 100 pounds was the payment for the approximately 100 acre farm.
