Testes: That’s what you take to get a grade. You sit at deskes and take testes.

Noed: To be aware of. "I noed she was going to give us testes today!"

Adder: At a later time. " I'll get a job adder hunting season is over."

Brang: Fetched. As in bring, brang, brung.

Flash: Not like lightning, but like flash and blood. "There he was in the flash."

Far: The hot stuff you have in Hale.

Hale: A place you're sent to if you're bad, where all the far is.

Hale far: An expletive. "Well, hale far, I never noed I's going that fast.

Fartar: What you get up in to look for fars.

Bobwar: That what they put around fartars to keep people from stealing copper pipe out of the toilets for 4-H projects, so something, out in the woods.

Wranch: Several meanings. You can wranch you knee jumping bobwar fences. It's also a tool you work on a '47 Ford with.

Ranch: What you do to clothes after you warsh them. You ranch them out a little bit.

Clim: This is the past tense of climb. "I clim that ridge 'til my tongue lolled out. Sometimes Clum.

Nem: As when you're driving down the road, you see your neighbor, and you roll down the window and yell, "How's your Mom a’nem doin'?"

Yale: How you get somebody's attention. You Yale at them.

Bale: Something that rangs.

Cheers: That's what you set on.

Lag: A cheer has four lags.

Bubs: What you plant to get flares. Another kind of bubs is them that light up, iffen you got 'lectric pare.

Pare: What the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) brung.

Shed: Like divorce. "She done got shed of him."

L-I-B: What people say when they hear she done got shed of him. "L-I-B, I didn't know that!"

Air: A unit of time. "He's done been gone a air."

Ort: As in, "You ort to go see your Mama."

Wangs: Them's what birds use to fly.
