Roy is s/o Rev. Jackson Jones & Mary Blevins.
Roy enlisted in the Army on May 25, 1928 at Ft. Thomas, KY.
Roy was Honorable Discharged on February 20, 1929 under the
Juvinelle Act of 1925 par 5 SO 302 HHS 12-18-28 in
Brooklyn, NY. Roy was a Private in Battery C of the 64th
Coastal Artillery Regiment. They were an Anti-AirCraft
regiment and were semi-mobile. He was stationed at
Territory of T.H. (Hawaii) at Ft. Shafter.
