1. William SALLIER was born in 1630 in France. He died about 1700 in Brookhaven, New York. William resided in 1655 in Long Island, New York. He immigrated about 1655 to Massachusetts.
All of the information on William Sallier and his immediate descendants is based on "TRADITIONAL" genealogy and is undocumented. This includes his wife's mother being Mary Dayton. This information was received from another party several years ago and I have made no attempt to verify any of this early information. As has been pointed out to me, there is no proof that William Sallier came from directly France. It is possible that he was born in the colonies rather than having immigrated from France. This report is simply being provided to be used as a starting point for your own research. Please do not rely on the accuracy of the information unless sources are cited.
