BIRTH: It is unknown to me exactly who the biological father of Noel Wilder was. Nancy Bull married Hiram Wilder in 1852 and Hiram died before 2 Jun 1870. Noel was shown to be four years of age in the 1880 Bell Co Census, with mother, Nancy as head of household. In Noel's obituary, Preston Miracle was given as his father.

p.m. following a long illness, at the home of his daughter Mrs. America
Williams. He was born **August 10, 1871 in Bell County, the son of the
late Press Miracle and Nannie Buell Miracle. Mr. *Miracle is a life
long resident of Bell County and a member of the Baptist Faith. he was
a well known resident throughtout Bell County.
Survivors include: four daughters, Mrs. Franklin Meyers, Pineville,
KY., Mrs. America Williams and Mrs. Amanda Miracle, both of Miracle,
KY., Mrs. Sam Berry, Hulen, KY; one sister, Mrs, Rhoda Money of
Middlesboro, KY; 6 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, and several
great, great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday 24, 1969 at 2:00 p.m. at
the Arnett Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. W.W. Nails and Rev. Howard Posey
will be the officiating ministers.
Burial will be in the Flat Shoals Cemetery. Friends of the family will
serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call at the Arnett Funeral Home until the hour of the
services.

He joined Cannon Creek Church Sept. 14, 1915 and later moved his membership to Calvin where he was ordained in 1928. Then moving his letter to Brownies Creek where he served as pastor for years. Left to mourn his passing are his wife, 3 sons, four daughters, two step sons and two step-daughters, who bow in humble submission to the will of the Lord.
