SALLY WHITE from Gloucester, MA born 1798 to Stephen White and Sarah______. I can not find birth record for Sally nor any info on this Stephen. I have 1790 thru 1850 census records, but not the right Stephen White. Sally's death record says father and mother both born Gloucester, MA.
Been working on this "brick wall" for 3 years, but can't break a hole in it.

My Brick wall is JAMES M BIRD's Parents. He was born NC 1778, m. CLOA ? born NC 1779. We can not find their parents, James got a land grant in Grainger County, TN, where they lived and raised Redmon, Hilliard, Nancy, all born NC, and Thomas and Mary Ann born TN. Thomas is my GGGrandpa. Any info would be helpful.

looking for info on Grandmother NANCY (NERNY, NERVY) BOND CHADWICK born about 1868 Kentucky, married JOHN CHADWICK, she died 1943 Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of ALLEN BOND, and SARAH WILSON. Grandfather JOHN CHADWICK born about 1852 Tennessee, died 1917 in Lily, Laurel County, Kentucky. He is believed to be buried in Straight Creek, Bell County, Kentucky where I believe he had relatives (WILSON's),and also the last name JACKSON was mentioned somewhere in the family line. Any info would be helpful.

This is what I know about my Grandfather. GEORGE R SCHOOLER, son of JOHN L SCHOOLER and NANCY RIGNEY SCHOOLER JONES. He was born 11 February 1888 in Kentucky and died 21 December 1926. He worked at Pruden Coal Company, Pruden, KY/TN. He married MATILDA "JANE" PROFFITT, daughter of GRANVILLE PROFFITTE and JESSY M "DICEY" SMITH. He was a contractor, which meant he had his own mules and hired the loaders. I assume he was in a cave in by his injuries. My mom said the train just happen to be in Pruden when the accident occurred and he was sent to Riverside Hospital in Knoxville, where he died. He left behind a wife with a 3 month old baby and nine other children. Thank you. Joan Hanson

My Brick Wall is JOHN UTLEY born about 1683 or 1689. At this time the only thing we know is that he was possible born in Henrico County, Virginia. His death date and the name of his wife are not known to me. He might have had 3 sons who's names were John, Jacob and William. John Utley born 1683 is my husband's 7th Great Grandfather.
