FRANK THOMAS THEOBALD was born 10 May 1894 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He died 21 February 1988 in the Veterans Hospital in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky. He was the son of GRIFFITH THEOBALD & FRANCES ALLEN. He married SARAH JANE SCOTT ROBERTSON. She was born 02 April 1900 in Bell County, Kentucky and died 02 October 1984 in Whitley County, Kentucky. She is the daughter of FRANKLIN DANIEL SCOTT & SARAH F BRACKETT. Their chidren are: Violet, Virgil Robertson (both deceased), James S Theobald, Frances Velma Theobald, Betty Jean Theobald (deceased).
