JOHN SEXTON son of JOHN BEARD and HAZEL MARIE SEXTON was born 12 August 1943 in Evarts, Kentucky and died 24 November 1969 in Vietnam. He was a Spec Four with Company B 4th Eng BN 4th Infantry Division. He was staying with Edith Middleton Sexton in Groveport, Ohio, so by mistake the Government listed him as being from Groveport, Ohio, instead of Independence, Kenton County, Kentucky. He is on the Vietnam Washington Memorial in Washington D C,
