This was probably taken in Bracken County, Kentucky. Definitely a race track in the background and great Bill Boards; maybe someone might know where the 3-L Restaurant was located? Gentlemen who are very well dressed could be officials or dignitaries from the area. Family names could be Cummins, Perkin's, Clark's, or Gillespie's from that area.
